Sleep Paralysis & Sleepwalking

I had sleep paralysis last night. This is a situation when you are conscious but unable to move your body even if your mind tell you to do so. If this is your first time, you might be frighten and shocked since you thought that you are paralysis.

Usually sleep paralysis occurs when you are too sleepy but unable to fall asleep. Therefore, in short, your mind is partially switch off; this mean that one part of your brain is awake while the other part is still asleep. Last night when this occurs to me, I told my conscious brain to wake up all other surrounding brain by sending a powerful signal through my neuron. It took me about 30 seconds before I woke myself up to a full conscious state. It just happens spontaneously.

When I was young, I sleepwalked. There will be no consciousness as in you will not know what you were doing but my feeling is in consciousness. When a person sleepwalk, he feels scary without any scenario behind. In his mind, he feels scare and after he wakes up, he breaks out into cold sweat. You are not paralyzed when you sleepwalk, you can even walk around your house without knowing what you did but you can't wake up yourselves unlike sleep paralyze which you can wake yourselves up with a short time given.
